Processing Times:

Please allow up to three days for your order to be packed and shipped.

With items that are made to order, please allow two weeks for your items to be made and posted. I will endeavour to make your order as soon as I possibly can.

Shipping Rates:

The flat rate shipping cost is $15.00 for all orders.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with all of the tracking information.

Damages and Returns:

I take a lot of pride and joy in the items I create and send to you, including how your order is packed. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out via email to: lovealbie@outlook.com within seven days of receiving your order. I am happy to replace the item or provide a full refund, as long as pictures are emailed of the fault or damaged item.

I do not offer refunds or exchanges of items for change of mind, so please keep this in mind when ordering!
